Fourth of July in Enumclaw: What's Open and Closed

The Fourth of July is Thursday and observed as a federal holiday. Some area offices and agencies are also closed on Friday, July 5. Here's what you need to know to get around during the week.

The City of Enumclaw will be hosting the annual Stars & Stripes Celebration in the downtown area on Thursday, July 4.

Be sure to check for traffic, weather and construction updates along Interstate 90 at Snoqualmie Pass, U.S. 2 at Stevens Pass, Interstate 5 near the U.S./Canadian border and I-5 between Olympia and Tacoma. • Government offices, including all federal, state, King County, City of Enumclaw. Offices will reopen on Friday, July 5.
• Schools, including Enumclaw School District and Green River Community College
• U.S. Post Office, UPS and FedEx
• King County Library System
• Costco
• Most banks

• Recycling and Garbage Service: Normal pick-up schedule
• King County Metro: Bus services will operate on Sunday schedule
• Most stores and restaurants will be open as usual
