NOTICE OF APPLICATION - PENINSULA LUTHERAN CHURCH ADDITION | PL-SPR-21-0003, PL-ALP-22-0002, PL-CUP-22-0001, PL-DR-22-0011. PL-SEPA-22-0006, PL-VAR-22-0003

The applicant has proposed the demolition of the existing covered walkway that connects 3 of the buildings on the site in order to expand the existing Narthex.  New front and back covered entrances will be added to the Narthex, a new administrative wing, new bathrooms and the remodel and expansion of the existing kitchen is also proposed.  Site work includes the resurfacing of the gravel parking area at the back of the property with asphalt, a new courtyard, and the demolition of the existing abandoned well house.  

The applicant is also requesting a Height Variance for the existing Bell Tower and cross.  The current Bell Tower structure is 3’- 3” above the 35-foot height requirement and the cross is an additional 12’, a total of 15’-30” above the 35 foot height requirement.
