Gig Harbor Distiller Picked As 'Bite Of Seattle' Spirits Provider

GIG HARBOR, WA - From Bite Of Seattle: Along with showcasing over 60 of the area’s best restaurants and specialty food vendors, the Albert Lee Appliance Bite of Seattle® on July 20-22 at the Seattle Center will also have areas devoted to craft beers, ciders, and craft spirits.

Gig Harbor’s Heritage Distilling Co. (which is the “Most Awarded Distillery in the U.S.” five years in a row)
will be the sole provider for all spirits at the Bite of Seattle® served in the Beer Gardens sponsored by
KUBE 93.3. The Heritage Distilling Co. Craft Cocktails will include classic and signature event drinks
including the Gin & Tonic made with Batch No. 12 Gin, Batch No. 12 Bourbon & Coca-Cola, Batch No. 12
Vodka & Cranberry, and Brown Sugar Bourbon & Coca-Cola. The Fisher Green Beer Garden will also
feature a Brown Sugar Bourbon “Pineapple Upside Down Slushie” with pineapple, orange and lime juice
- thirsty yet?

Choose from over 70 assorted beers and ciders at The Craft Beer & Cider Tasting presented by
Evergreen Eye Center, with media sponsors, The Stranger and Hot 103.7. Located at the Fisher Pavilion,
guests 21+ may purchase a Craft Beer & Cider Tasting Package for $25 that includes a wristband, a
commemorative glass and 6 tastes. All Craft Beer & Cider tasting patrons must have a wristband and
glass to sample. Additional tastes are available for $2 each, and wristbands are good for the entire
weekend. Participating breweries include Alaskan Brewing Co., Aslan Brewing Co., Ayinger, Bayern
Brewing Inc., Black Raven Brewing, Diamond Knot Brewing, Dick's Brewing Company, Harmon Brewing
Co., Icicle Brewing Company, Modern Times Brewing Company, Ninkasi, Northwest Brewing Co.,

The Cider selection includes Avid Cider, D’s Wicked Cider, Good Omen (Wild Tonic) Alcoholic Kombucha,

and Washington Gold.
