On Thursday, October 21, we celebrated the ribbon-cutting of Swift Water Elementary School and hosted community open house tours.

Swift Water became the 10th elementary school in our district when it opened for students on September 7, 2021.
The Swift Water project is the second school completed out of four elementary school construction projects, and six projects overall, funded by the 2019 capital projects bond.

These projects are possible thanks to the bond passed by voters, approving school construction to address extreme elementary school overcrowding and other emergency infrastructure needs. Thank you, voters!
