PSD : New Provider Added For Vaccine Clinics At PSD Middle Schools

Dear Peninsula School District Staff and Families,

Here are some important updates and reminders about upcoming COVID-19 vaccination clinics at our middle schools.

Gig Harbor Primary Care is now partnering with the Peninsula School District to offer COVID-19 vaccine clinics at Goodman and Key Peninsula middle schools. Vaccine clinics are available for students ages 5 and older, families, and community members. No appointment, ID, or insurance is required. 

For a child 5 to 17 years old to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, consent from a parent or guardian is required. For you or your child's second dose COVID-19 vaccination or booster shot, please bring your vaccine card. Only Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are available at these clinics.

Middle School Vaccination Clinics

Goodman Middle School
Clinic Dates: November 16, 2021 (First Dose) and December 7, 2021 (Second Dose)
New Clinic Time: 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Providing vaccination opportunities at our schools, as well as the implementation of our Test to Stay program, are two ways our district is working to minimize the impact of COVID-19 protocols on student learning opportunities.
