• CPR/AED Certification Class hosted by Shoreline Fire January 14, 2026 (shorelineareanews.com) — A free CPR/AED certification class is coming to Shoreline Fire’s Station 51 in Kenmore on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 6–8 p.m., with an optional $50 AHA certification card. Residents can learn adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and choking relief, but must pre-register because space is limited and payment is cash or check only. 
• Inglemoor sophomores use 5k run to raise money for the Woodinville Storehouse food bank (shorelineareanews.com) — Two Inglemoor High School sophomores from Kenmore turned the Woodinville Turkey Trot 5k into a creative fundraiser for the Woodinville Storehouse Food Bank, running with posters and QR codes to spur donations. Their HOSA community project aims to raise $1,000 and 200 food items by February 5, and they’ve already collected $525 online.
