City Council Meeting with Central Houghton Neighborhood
Things you might want to know today, Wednesday, April 6, 2011.
- The sun rises at 6:38 a.m. and sets at 7:46 p.m. -- about 17 more minutes of daylight than on April 1.
- The City Council will join with the Central Houghton Neighborhood for a special meeting at the Houghton Fire Station, 6602 108th Ave. NE. Mayor Joan McBride will speak, then the session will hear from neighborhood leaders, followed by discussion and a question-and-answer session. The formal meeting begins at 7 p.m., but a brief social session will precede it at 6:45.ย
- The Kirkland Chamber of Commerce hosts a Business Networking Luncheon,ย 11:45 a.m-1 p.m. at Milagro Cantina on Lake Street.
