City Council to Meet With Totem Lake, Kingsgate Neighborhoods

- The City Council will host a special meeting with the Totem Lake and Kingsgate neighborhoods at , 6:45 p.m., to discuss annexation and a host of other local issues.
- The Highlands and Market neighborhood associations meet, both at 7 p.m., the former at the city maintenance center, 915 8th St., and the latter at on Market St.... The Kirkland Cultural Council meets at City Hall, 4 p.m., while the Library Board meets at the Kirkland Library, 6 p.m. Details on all these city meetings can be found on the city calendar.
