Flamenco de Raiz at KPC; Comic Johnagin at Laughs

- The sunrise is at 5:56 a.m. and the sunset at 8:18 p.m.
- Direct from Spain, the passionate gypsy song and dance of Flamenco de Raiz will fill the Kirkland Performance Center beginning at 8 p.m. The guitarists, singer and dancer are touring in support of their live CD of the same name, recorded at two KPC shows last year. Tickets are $30 and $35. Another performance is on Saturday.
- The Juanita Rebels varsity baseball team takes on Bellevue at , 7 p.m. The Lake Washington Kangaroos travel to Sammamish for a 4:30 p.m. start.
- Funnyman Tommy Johnagin of Last Comic Standing, Letterman and other TV shows is at on Rose Hill for two sets, 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., $15. He's there Saturday too.
