Pet of the Week: Madison is 15, Sweet, Gentle and Affectionate

Madison is a pretty lady, 15 years old, sweet, gentle and affectionate and sadly now at in Houghton because her owner is suffering from terminal cancer.

She is a domestic medium-hair, gray and white and perfect about using the litterbox. She has a real fondness for being brushed and groomed. She is calm and quiet, and mostly seeks out a nice, warm lap where she can curl up.

Like several other cats at MEOW, Madison found her way to the shelter because of the illness of her owner, who tearfully relinquished her.

Madison has had a geriatric blood panel and urinalysis and everything checks out just fine. She has had all her vaccinations and has been micro-chipped.

She will make a kind and loyal companion for some lucky human. She is not accustomed to living with other cats or dogs, but does great with older children.
