Visit National Parks for Free Through April 29

Earlier this year the Park Service had announced free entrance days at 100 parks across the country, including parks within a couple hours' drive from Kirkland.

Earlier this year the Park Service had announced free entrance days at 100 parks across the country, including parks within a couple hoursโ€™ drive from Kirkland.

The first fee-free days occurred during the weekend of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, and now Saturday April 21 marked the start of another week-long free pass into five National Parks in Washington state.
