Who's Running for Kirkland City Council in 2013
Incumbents Penny Sweet and Amy Walen are unopposed in their races, while Doreen Marchione will face challenger William "Bill" Henkens.

With filing week over, the races are set for Kirkland City Council, and two current council members, Penny Sweet and Amy Walen, are unopposed.
Jay Arnold will face Martin Morgan for the seat being vacated by Kirkland Mayor Joan McBride, and Shelley Kloba, recently appointed to Position No. 2, faces Dave McDonald in the race to fill the remainder of the term.
Doreen Marchione has drawn a challenger for Position No. 7, William Henkens.
