TACOMA, WA — A semi truck crash in central Tacoma is likely to cause some significant traffic issues for commuters using I-5 Thursday.

Update, 4:30 p.m.: the roadway has since been reopened.

According to Washington State Patrol Trooper Robert Reyer, a semi truck jack-knifed on the ramp from northbound I-5 to I-705 in Tacoma City Center.

Though no injuries have been reported, the collision has blocked the entire on ramp, and backups are already building.
