Pierce County Man Raped, Choked, Suffocated 2 Teens: Prosecutors
Prosecutors say Antoine Joseph Perry raped two girls, one as young as 15.

TACOMA, WA -- A man accused of raping and kidnapping two teenage girls in Pierce County was arraigned Monday. Antoine Joseph Perry, 28, was charged with first degree rape, kidnapping in the first degree, second degree rape, assault in the second degree, and unlawful imprisonment in connection with two separate incidents.
Pierce County officials said the first incident happened on June 28, 2016 in Tacoma. The alleged victim, 18, told police she was walking to the Tacoma Rescue Mission when Perry attempted to get her attention.
Perry allegedly told the victim, "I’ll pay you to hang out with me,” while holding a handful of money. She said that she didn’t know who he was. He told her, “I’m JP,” and then displayed a handgun and demanded she get in the vehicle with him.

The victim then got into the vehicle with Perry who made several stops into homes. During one stop, Perry allegedly sexually assaulted her and pushed her face into the couch cushion so that she had a hard time breathing.
The victim was able to call for help with they stopped at a Denny's restaurant, officials said.

The second incident happened on Nov. 4, 2016 when a teenager allegedly met with Perry, who she had been talking to via Snapchat for four months. She said she went into Perry's car and was then sexually assaulted and choked multiple times, officials said.
Bail was set at $750,000 for each case.
