• They claimed to be FBI agents, then stole $13K, Pierce County charges say (thenewstribune.com) — Two women were allegedly kidnapped and taken to a closed credit union in Lakewood during an August robbery where suspects posed as FBI agents and stole $13,000, according to Pierce County charges. Prosecutors say the women were first handcuffed at a home south of Tacoma, then driven to multiple locations as money was transferred electronically, leaving the sisters shaken and fearful in the aftermath.
