Sewer Installation To Close Military Road Next Week
Commuters passing through Spanaway will want to prep an alternate route early next week.
SPANAWAY, WA — A sewer installation project will be interrupting commutes early next week by forcing Pierce County to close a portion of Military Road East.
According to the county, Military Road will be closed between 5th Avenue Ct East and 7th Avenue East on Monday, Dec. 6 and Tuesday, Dec. 7.
The installation means the road will be closed to all vehicular traffic, except for local and emergency access— meaning any commuters who take Military will need to find an alternate way through the area.
