Jeff Wilson of Longview joined other Southwest Washington leaders at a Centralia forum. Providers argued that jail-based treatment, rural mental health clinics, and the Recovery Navigator program save money and improve stability, urging lawmakers to prioritize these services in the 2026 state budget.
