Due to continued icy conditions in the Seattle Metropolitan area, and concern for the safety of staff members and the community, the (MICEC) will open at 8 a.m. Friday, Jan. 20. In accordance with the Center's inclement weather policy and since Mercer Island Schools are closed, all recreation classes and organized activities are also cancelled for Jan. 20.
As weather conditions change, any facility schedule updates or closures can be found on the MICEC web site at www.mercergov.org/micec or can be heard on the community center's inclement weather information hotline at 206-275-7894.
