Grace Wandell from Mercer Island, WA received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University during commencement exercises May 21, 2012. Charlie Ergen, the chairman of satellite broadcaster DISH Network Corporation and EchoStar Communications Corporation gave the commencement address to over 1,700 graduates.
A renowned businessman, leader and entrepreneur, Ergen encouraged graduates to pause and reflect upon lessons they learned as children and embody those ideas as they enter the world as alumni.
