Renowned Harvard Psychiatrist to Speak March 19 at MIHS, Presbyterian Church

The Mercer Island Parent Education Committee (Parent Edge) is bringing one of its most popular speakers to the Island on Monday, March 19. 

Dr. Ned Hallowell, an instructor at Harvard Medical School, will be speaking about two very timely topics that Mercer Island parents may be familiar with: "Crazy/Busy:  The Distracted Family" at 10 a.m. at , and "Shine: How to get the Best from Your Children." at 7 p.m. at .

The speaking engagement is jointly sponsored by the PTAs of , , , , and schools.

Admission prices are $10 for Mercer Island and St. Monica PTA members or $20 non members. Tickets are likely to sell out and are available at Island Books.
