Washington State Patrol are investigating the crash in Seattle, which occurred at 4 a.m. this morning.

The Washington State Patrol believe alcohol was a factor in a Monday morning crash on I-5 that killed 23-year-old Timothy Richard Wettack of Mercer Island.
According to a press release, troopers said he was taking the southbound I-5 ramp to eastbound I-90 at 3:52 a.m. when he hit the off-ramp barrier.
Trooper Sarah Denman said the motorcycle, a 1998 Honda CBR600, stayed on the ramp but Wettack was ejected over the barrier and fell about 100 feet to the shoulder of I-5 below.
