The Mercer Island Thrift Shop is switching to winter hours in October, starting on Oct. 1. It will no longer be open on Sundays.
The new hours of operation are:
Winter Donation hours (Starting Oct 1):
Monday - Saturday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Please call 275-7760 to schedule evening appointments.
Winter Retail hours (Starting Oct 1):
Monday - Friday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to 6 pm
The Thrift Shop accepts these items:
- Clothing and Shoes
- Household linens
- Jewelry
- Books, Art & Collectibles
- Books, music and video media
- Furniture and home decor
- Home electronics
- Sporting goods
- Toys and games
The thrift shop prides itself on its boutique feel and higher-end offerings of second-hand clothing and housewares. Receipts are given for all donations and all sales directly benefit the community.
Open since 1975, Mercer Island Thrift Shop has been an important source of income for the municipally owned and operated Mercer Island Youth & Family Services.
