Bourbon Street Bar & Grill to Bring Cajun Downtown

Things are heating up in downtown Puyallup this fall, as the finishing touches are made on Bourbon Street Bar & Grill.

Bourbon Street, located at 401 S. Meridian in Puyallup, will offer a variety of steak and shrimp combinations cooked in Cajun Louisiana style, according to The Tacoma News Tribune.

The restaurant site used to be a gas station. Bourbon Street's owner told the TNT that the restaurant will have a "date night feel, and everything is remodeled except "the four walls." There will also be a full bar and outdoor seating area.
