Parents or guardians of junior high students in grades seven through nine are invited to preview the Puyallup School District's approved sexual health and HIV/AIDS curricula. Parents wishing to exclude their child from the state-required health and HIV/AIDS curricula must preview the curricula and sign an exclusion form.
