Friday: No School for Puyallup School District Students

The Puyallup School District is reminding students and parents that there is no school for all students on Friday, March 8 (unless needed for a snow make up day).

The day was designated to make up for any snow days . The second snow make up day is Friday, May 24.

Calendar reminders for March 13 and 15:

Wednesday, March 13, is a regular attendance day (no early dismissal or late start) for all students. Elementary, junior high and high school students should follow their normal Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday school schedules.

Both morning and afternoon kindergarten students attend school on March 13.

All preschoolers, including morning, afternoon and extended day also attend school and follow their normal morning and afternoon schedules. Students who normally attend on Tuesday and Friday mornings attend on Tuesday and Wednesday during this week only.

Buses will run on normal Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday schedules.

Wednesday after-school programs offered by Communities In Schools of Puyallup are canceled on this day.

Friday, March 15, is an early dismissal for elementary students and a late start for junior high and high school students.

Only the preschoolers in the extended day program attend on this day. There is no morning or afternoon preschool or kindergarten on this day.

Buses run on normal Wednesday early dismissal and late start schedules, and lunches will be served.
