Road Rage Shooting Injures 1 In Parkland
Pierce County detectives are looking for a driver who opened fire on another vehicle early Monday evening.

PIERCE COUNTY, WA — Detectives from the Pierce County Sheriff's Department are investigating an apparent road rage shooting that left a young man in the hospital with serious injuries Monday night.
In a news release Tuesday, officials said the victim called 911 shortly before 6 p.m. and told dispatchers he was shot while driving along 112th Street East in Parkland. State troopers, deputies and medics rushed to the scene, and the 19-year-old man was rushed to the hospital.
Detectives said the victim and his girlfriend were traveling eastbound when another driver pulled alongside them near 18th Avenue Easy and fired one shot into the vehicle. Deputies are looking for a royal blue, four-door Hyundai or Nissan compact sedan.
