Thieves Use Truck To Bash In Grocery Store's Doors: Tacoma Police

Officers are hoping someone will recognize the suspects.

TACOMA, WA — The Tacoma Police Department is hoping the public will recognize a pair of thieves who broke into a local grocery store earlier this month.

According to a post from Crime Stoppers Tacoma/Pierce County, on June 3 at 5:05 a.m. the duo drove a pickup truck through the front doors of Handy Deli & Grocery.

Once the doors were open, one suspect looted the store while the other played lookout. They ended up making off with a collection of lottery tickets, cigarettes and cash. Crime Stoppers has released several security stills of the suspects, shown in the flier below.
