From the : Thursday, March 22 8:15 a.m., 8300 block of 165th Ave. NE: Police investigated a theft. 9:33 a.m., 15400 block of Bel-Red Road: Police investigated a theft. 10:20 a.m., 3000 block of 157th Place NE: Police responded to a report of threats. 11:41 a.m., 15200 block of NE 90th St.: Sometime during the night someone attempted to break into a utility trailer by drilling through the padlock and door hasp. 8:27 p.m., 14800 block of Redmond Way: Police investigated a suspicious circumstance. 11:12 p.m., 15000 block of NE 24th St.: A 32-year-old Kirkland man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.
