Amber Alert Issued For Missing Washington State Girl
An alert was issued Saturday afternoon for a suspect in a red vehicle.
VANCOUVER, WA -- An Amber Alert was issued Saturday afternoon in California after a 4-year-old girl was allegedly abducted from Vancouver, Wash.
Authorities said Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez was abducted around 1 p.m. Thursday. She is described as a Hispanic female with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Aranza is believed to be with suspect and mother, Esmeralda Lynn Lopez, a 21-year-old Hispanic female. She is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 138 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Vancouver Police said Aranza was living in a foster care home after being taken from her mother last year. Authorities said that based "on the history of the mother" they "have reason to fear for the safety of the child."

Lopez is believed to be driving a red Chevy Cobalt with the Washington state license plate number BLK1552.
Anyone who sees them or this car is urged to call 911.
