Burien Says Goodbye To Grandmother Killed By Stray Bullet

Gabriela Reyes-Dominguez was at work when a bullet came through the window and killed her. Hundreds have come out to pay their respects.

BURIEN, WA – Burien is saying goodbye to Gabrila Reyes-Dominguez. The 51-year-old mother and grandmother was struck and killed by a stray bullet on Wednesday.

She had been at her desk at One Source Chiropractic when the bullet came through the window and killed her.

While the investigation continues, the community has come out to pay their respects.

There was a vigil Thursday night outside of the office where she worked.

"We lost a great leader," Mayor Jimmy Matta said, calling her "a pillar of the community."

That was followed by a memorial service at the Holy Roman Catholic Church in White Center.

Meanwhile, friends of her family have set up a GoFundMeaccount to help them pay for the funeral expenses.

"Gaby has touched all of our lives in so many ways," the woman who created the account, Lucy Delgadillo, wrote. "May we keep the spirit of her memory alive by being kind to everyone around us.

"Thank you for all of your love and prayers."
