This small-group workshop uses the Seattle Art Museum as a quiet, neutral place to slow down and look at how you think. This is not an art class; no art knowledge or creative skills are required.
Participants spend 90 minutes in the galleries exploring independently using guided observation prompts designed to shift perspective and interrupt mental overload. We then meet off-site for 90 minutes of facilitated conversation to talk through the experience and what surfaced while looking at the art.
The workshop is designed for people experiencing burnout, mental overload, or sustained pressure who want a structured way to step back and reset.
