SEATTLE, WA -- A man who is accused of impersonating an FBI agent and robbing a Seattle business appeared in court on Friday.

Steven W. Fisher, who is accused of printing fake FBI credentials from the Internet, is accused of robbing a check-cashing store in Seattle. He apparently used the name Frank Abagnale, a criminal portrayed in "Catch Me If You Can," who forged checks.

In total, Fisher, 32, is accused of robbing three businesses. Authorities are asking the public to come forward if they were also victimized by Fisher, according to a HeraldNet.com article.
