SPD Blotter: Detectives Investigating After Man Found Dead In SODO RV

Homicide Detectives are investigating after a man was found deceased in an RV in SODO Wednesday morning.

At 5:45 a.m., a 911 caller reported discovering their friend deceased in an RV parked near South Forest Street and Occidental Avenue South. Police arrived and found the 51-year-old male victim with an apparently fatal gunshot wound. Seattle Fire Department Medics declared the man deceased at the scene.

Members of SPD’s Crime Scene Investigation Unit responded to process the scene. Homicide Detectives also responded and will continue to investigate.
