SPD Blotter: Detectives Investigating After One Man Killed, One Man Injured In Sunday Night Shooting

Officers responded to Martin Luther King Jr Way, South and Rainier Avenue South around 10 PM Sunday for a report of shots fired. When police arrived they found two people with serious injuries.

Officers and Seattle fire department medics attempted lifesaving measures but one man died at the scene and the other man was taken to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Detectives are now reviewing evidence left the scene and will release additional information as it becomes available.
