SPD Blotter: Man Injured In Early Morning Shooting

Detectives are investigating after a man was injured in a shooting early Wednesday at a South Seattle apartment.

Around 2 AM, police were dispatched to an apartment in the 3300 block of Wetmore Ave S, near the Mt. Baker neighborhood, after receiving reports of a loud argument and gunfire.

Officers arrived and contacted a man and a woman who had been involved in the altercation, and found the man had apparent bullet holes in his pants and a grazing wound to his leg.

The man took a private ambulance to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
