Police recovered hundreds of Oxycodone pills and a handgun this morning after a 19-year-old woman crashed her car into a house in the Sand Point neighborhood.

Just before 3 AM, neighbors in the 11700 block of Sand Point Way Northeast called police and reported someone had crashed into a tree. 

Officers arrived, discovered the driver had struck a light pole, two mailboxes, a house and three vehicles, and saw a woman running from the crashed car.

Officers arrested the driver and, according to one officer’s report, found a “huge bag” of approximately 400 Oxycodone pills on the suspect. Officers also found a handgun in the woman’s vehicle.

Police booked the woman into the King County Jail.
