New LFP Library Grand Re-Opening Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
Come see the ribbon-cutting, enjoy refreshments and magic show
After months of waiting, the expanded and renovated Lake Forest Park Library will reopen , Saturday, Jan. 7, at 9:30 a.m. at the Lake Forest Park Town Center.
Community leaders, library staff and residents will join together in a ribbon-cutting celebration at 17171 Bothell Way N.E.
Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the public is invited inside to tour the expanded library and enjoy refreshments. Children will enjoy a magic show performed by magician Jeff Evans.

The remodeled library cost $1.3 mllion and was made possible by a Β $172 million library capital bond approved by voters to fund major improvement projects at King County Library System librarie.
The Lake Forest Park branch is now 60 percent larger after being expanded to a total of 5,873 square feet. The renovated space features a public computer cyber bar, additional seating and study areas and a multi-purpose meeting room.Β
