New LFP Youth Council Members Sought for 2012-2013 School Year

The first meeting of the year will be on September 12th at 7pm.

Are you a student between the ages of 14-18 looking for a community services opportunity for the upcoming school year? Then the Lake Forest Park Youth Council is right for you! Youth Council members come from diverse backgrounds, live in various areas of Lake Forest Park, and represent local area schools.

They meet regularly on the second Wednesday of every month at City Hall. The mission of the Youth Council is to provide a vital link between the youth of the City and the greater community by initiating communication with local government, schools, and businesses.
