The grant is part of a $58 million national package for recycling and reuse infrastructure, positioning Shoreline as a regional hub for waste reduction and community repair services.

β’ Grant Co. legislators pre-file legislation (thenewstribune.com) β Shoreline residents are represented in a new wildfire aviation funding bill co-sponsored by Rep. Cindy Ryu, alongside Grant County lawmakers preparing several measures for the 2026 session. The package includes proposals on wildfire insurance transparency, sustainable jet fuel tax credits, stricter rules for unsecured vehicle loads, and a new statewide workforce education oversight board, all of which could indirectly affect Shoreline.
