"Defensively the team bounced back from a sloppy game on Tuesday and played very well," Bruns said. "Ted was clearly dominant in his first start of the season after sitting out his first start. Β On the offensive side of the game the team met all of our hitting goals."
Shorecrest had a big fourth inning with four runs and five consecutive two-out hits.Β
"It was a strong start to league, but Oak Harbor will be hungry for a bounce-back game on Tuesday at their place," Bruns said. "We need to be ready."Β
