Victim's Husband Named Person of Interest in Bothell Homicide Investigation

Bothell Police continue to pursue all leads in this homicide investigation, they said in a news release today. Detectives obtained and served a search warrant on the victim’s estranged husband. He is considered a person of interest at this time. No arrests have been made and anyone who may have information they feel may be helpful in this investigation is encouraged to call the Bothell Police Department tip line at 425-487-5551.

Susann Smith, 37, of Bothell, died of head injuries, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office. They said the manner of death was homicide.
