Update: Bluegrass and Newgrass on the Banks of the Slough Wednesday

High energy Bluegrass and Newgrass band Northern Departure will take the stage at Wilmot Park Wednesday night. The Seattle-based band formed in 2008 and has played the Moore and Paramount Theatres, as well as several well known bluegrass festivals on the west coast.

Northern Departure will play from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Wilmot Gateway Park on Wednesday, Aug. 8.
