CommunitySERVE Day Volunteers Needed to Help Schools Start the Year in Good Shape

Volunteers sought to help with campus and classroom project at 11 area schools.

The Northshore School District is looking for volunteers willing to roll up their sleeves on Aug. 25 to help 11 schools in the district start the school year off a little brighter.

Volunteers for CommunitySERVE Day are needed to work on classroom and campus projects at Crystal Springs, Frank Love, Kenmore, Kokanee, Lockwood, Maywood Hills, Moorlands, Shelton View, Woodin and Woodmoor elementary schools and Skyview Junior High School.

CommunitySERVE Day, organized by Eastside Foursquare Church, Northshore Baptist Church, Overlake Christian Church and the Northshore School District, takes place on Aug. 25 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch will be provided for volunteers.
