Future Remembered: The 1962 World's Fair and its Legacy - Book-It Repertory Theatre

THE WOODINVILLE HERITAGE SOCIETY invites you to a performance of the Book-It Repertory Theatre’s FUTURE REMEMBERED: THE 1962 WORLD’S FAIR AND ITS LEGACY.

On April 21, 1962 the Seattle World’s Fair opened its gates to the public. In six short months, ten million people passed through those gates, changing the city and region forever. Now, 50 years later witness the excitement of a metropolis about to come into its own, and meet the civic leaders whose advocacy and forward thinking paved the way for us to become the culturally rich and vibrant community we are now.

Please join us on Saturday, April 21 from 10 a.m. until noon in the Sammamish Valley Grange Hall, 14654 148th Avenue NE, Woodinville, WA 98072.
