The son of murder victim Earl “Cos” Cossey will address the media Thursday in an effort to generate tips on his father’s murder.
Wayland Cossey said in a news release his family has increased the reward for information that will help solve the murder, and he is specifically asking for a Good Samaritan to come forward who found and mailed Earl Cossey identification back.
King County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Cindi West told Patch Tuesday that the Good Samaritan has so far not come forward and that investigators are still working the case.
