The Collective on Tap Doubling Number of Taps

Twenty taps are no longer enough to hold the beer at The Collective on Tap in Woodinville.

Open only four months now, The Collective On Tap is ready for more.

More beer, that is.

Kat Stremlau, one of the owners, told the Washington Beer Blog last week that they are more than doubling the number of taps at the bar. She told the blog:

โ€œWith the addition of the 24 new taps we can offer a dozen new styles ofย always onย brews and also host the six-pack of local brewers [Woodinvilleโ€™s six breweries] and let them have some input on what beers we feature. Alsoโ€ฆ a dedicated sour line, which makes me very, very happy!โ€

Well, ifย Washington Beer Blogย says it, it MUST be true...Yes, we are doubling our lines on the 15th and we will also have (gasp) printed beer menus with more accurate pricing to boot. Our infamous beer board will still be in use, but it will highlight specialty releases, brewer's events and kegs that would blow before the printer was done with the list.ย The Collective on Tapย is less than 4 months old and we so appreciate you helping us during the launch. Thanks peeps!

Formerly the Tot Spot Cafe, the tavern atย 17802 134th Ave NEย opened in December selling 20 local beers on tap and a small menu of savory grazers.ย
