Woodinville Appoints New Deputy Fire Chief
Greg Ahearn has been appointed as the new Deputy Fire Chief for Woodinville Fire and Rescue.
Woodinville Fire & Rescue officials announced last week (May 24, 2013) that Greg Ahearn has been appointed as the new Deputy Fire Chief.
Ahearn will serve as Deputy Chief of Administration. Ahearn, who has been with Woodinville Fire & Rescue since 1983, has served in many roles including Lieutenant and Battalion Chief.
“Greg has the skills need to continue move the District forward in a positive manner," Interim Fire Chief Mark Risen said in a news release. "This is a very good day for this organization."
