Northshore School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School And More

WOODINVILLE, WA — The first day of school in Woodinville is September 5 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Woodinville School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

September

* All Wednesdays Are Early Release In September and October

• 9/5: First Day of School (Grades 1-5, 6 and 9)
• 9/6: First Day of School (Grades 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12)
• 9/10: First Day of School for Kindergarten

November

• 11/12: No School (Veterans Day)
• 11/21: No Wednesday Early Release
• 11/22 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving Break)

December

• 12/19 - 12/31: No School (Holiday Recess)

January

• 1/1: No School (Holiday Recess)
• 1/2: Class Resumes/Wednesday Early Release
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
• 1/28: No School (Non-Student Day)

February

• 2/18 - 2/22: No School (Winter Recess)

April

• 4/8 - 4/12: No School (Spring Recess)

May

• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)

June

• 6/12: No Wednesday Early Release
• 6/19: Last Day of School
