This morning about 4:20 a.m. a crash occurred in the 4000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Big Chimney, WV. One person was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead. That driver, Barbara Facemyer (61 of Sissonville, WV) was driving a sedan, crossed the center line of the road and struck a pickup truck head-on.
