• Governor Morrisey Announces More Than $15.4 Million for Water and Sewer Upgrades, Conservation Efforts - West Virginia Daily News (wvdn.com) — Elizabeth is set to receive $20,000 in state funding to assess and plan fixes for its aging sanitary sewer system, a study that will guide future repairs for 413 local customers. The grant is part of more than $15 million in water, sewer, and conservation awards across West Virginia, including upgrades for nearby counties and long-term watershed protection projects.
